I do it a little different. I rename CAR_NEW.PNG to CCAR_NEW.PNG. Then rename CAR.PNG to CAR_NEW.PNG. I generally try to avoid throwing away files in someone else's programming as they could possibly be a required call in a later version update. And because of their lousy lawsuit, I leave all Ford icons in the ugly generic format.

 I just rename the car  to car_new so the next update don't have to do it all over again

When connect to my pc I type car_ new in the search box at the top right of my pc window then highlight all files and delete the all at the same time.
